Forget about keeping up with the campaigns, e-mail them a couple of bucks in pledges! Obama is setting all kinds of fund raising records with a huge chunk coming from the “little people” through the Web.
This kind or response has to be grabbing the attention of the lobbyists and other power brokers who tend to swarm around the seats of power like merchants at a Venetian market. It seems to me that it also lends credence to Obama’s pledge to shun the lobbyists. Fascinating times, indeed.
