This is an interesting concept – and – the first I’d heard of it.  I watched a few of the video clips and was too bored to watch them all.  They seemed to move at a painfully slow pace.  More specifically, I wish the gentleman would have been more prepared with what he wanted to say in his video (on why he blogs about Columbus).  I could not get past the first 15 seconds. 

I will be attending their annual meeting and will be anxious to see the winning videos.

I took a few minutes to watch the "Columbus - The Best of Everything" video that was posted, and I agree with a lot of the blog entries that you'll find on the link. First let me say, that I did think the video used some cool creative concepting and elements. However, that does not outweigh what I perceived as the areas of improvement for this video. First, I thought the message has been played out -- basically saying that Columbus is everything to everyone. This is definitely not the case. Second, the video had no real focus...it seemed like the the same messages were repeated throughout the video.

Again -- cool use of graphics and relatively fast-paced, but the lack of focus and branding seemed to miss the mark to make much of an impact with me.
